- Request a quote and book your shipment by signing a contract and giving your credit card information. We do not require any payments up front, but we need it to book a spot.
- We schedule a pickup with a high-rated, fully insured, and licensed carrier with good reviews.
- The driver inspects your car, provides a Bill of Lading (BOL), and loads it onto the trailer.
- We transport your car to the destination.
- At delivery, you inspect the vehicle again before signing the BOL and paying the driver.
- Done — enjoy your car at its new location.
Damage during transport is very rare, because our drivers are experienced and reliable. But if it happens:
- The driver will note any existing damage during the initial inspection in the Bill of Lading.
- At delivery, you’ll inspect your car again.
- If new damage is found, it will be recorded on the Bill of Lading.
- You can always negotiate a small damage under $500 with the driver directly before he is gone.
- If the damage is big, you’ll need to file a claim with the carrier’s insurance.
